Our Zhongshan base has introduced high-precision die-casting machines, central melting furnaces, and renowned brand equipment such as Qiaohong and Taiqun. Integrating precision die casting, machining, and fully automated powder coating, it features high-precision molds and control systems, enabling us to customize exclusive molds and produce aluminum die-cast parts for customers.

Equipped with 11 die-casting machines ranging from 280T to 1250T, our facility covers the production of aluminum components from small to large sizes. This setup meets the demands of multi-variety, highly flexible die-casting and supports blank manufacturing for LED lighting, industrial equipment, and other applications.

Integrating 26 CNC machines, rotary machines, horizontal/single-axis/traverse machines, our facility achieves machining precision up to 0.08mm. This enables high-precision processing of complex components, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality that meet high-end manufacturing standards.

4 polishing lines complete the aluminum alloy surface pretreatment, enhancing flatness and laying a solid foundation for the powder coating process.

4 professional powder coating lines strengthen outdoor corrosion resistance, meeting the surface protection requirements of outdoor lighting (such as street lamps and gas station lamps) and industrial equipment.

Our Haiphong, Vietnam die-casting plant focuses on precision aluminum die casting production. Equipped with high-precision die-casting machines, electric furnaces, and full-process machining equipment, it has formed an integrated production capacity from melting to surface treatment. The plant supports flexible switching between small-batch customization and large-scale mass production, meeting the fast delivery needs of the Southeast Asian and North American markets.

The die casting process at our Vietnam factory is equipped with 4 die casting machines of different tonnages (800T, 650T, 500T, etc.) and 4 automated electric furnaces (with a temperature control accuracy of ±5℃).

For the machining process, it houses 18 CNC machines, 12 turntable machines, 6 horizontal machines, 3 single-axis rotating machines, and 2 traversing machines, boasting super-strong processing capacity with a precision of 0.08mm. Complemented by 3 polishing machines and 4 deburring lines, it ensures the efficiency and precision of part surface treatment.
